Topcon Dumpy
Level Hire
Topcon AT-B series automatic levels for site levels, set-out checks and grade work. Quick to set up, tough on site and dead simple to use.

Why hire an AT-B level
The go-to optical level for builders, civil crews and surveyors who need reliable heights without the fuss.
Height you can trust
Depending on the model, the AT-B series is rated from 0.7 mm to 2.0 mm per km of double-run levelling.
Clear, bright telescope
24x to 32x magnification across the range, so staff readings stay sharp over longer sights.
Self-levelling
An automatic compensator settles the line of sight once the bubble is centred, so you spend less time fiddling and more time reading.
Built for site work
Footings, slabs, drainage falls, bulk earthworks checks, floor levels and transferring benchmarks.
No batteries, no software
Purely optical. Nothing to charge or update, and anyone on the crew can pick it up quickly.
Help when you need it

Dumpy level hire FAQs
What is a dumpy level used for?
A dumpy (automatic) level gives you a perfectly horizontal line of sight. Reading a staff at different points lets you work out height differences, set levels for footings and slabs, check falls and transfer benchmarks around a site.
